Dumfries, VA - Two real estate investors wished to purchase a property for $100,000 through their investment company (LLC). The investors had little cash but owned a $200,000 rental property free and clear. Since Restoration Capital loans are based on the value of a property, the investors qualified for a $125,000 cash-out refinance loan in 48 hours.
Loan Conclusion
The investors were able to purchase, rehab, and sell their second investment property for $150,000. After paying down the Restoration Capital loan, the investors made approximately $40,000 in profits.
