Building upon the success of Restoration Capital, RC Income Fund (the “Fund”) was created to leverage the company’s industry knowledge, network of real estate professionals and access to discounted properties to build a portfolio of properties that could provide clients with consistent monthly income and peace of mind knowing their investment is backed by real property.
RC Income Fund is now open to new investments of $25,000 or more to expand the Fund’s portfolio. Participating investors earn a fixed annual return on their investment in the form of a monthly distribution by check or electronic transfer. The investment term is for 2 years, after which investors may elect to withdraw or renew their investment. Investors may also withdraw up to $25,000 once per year with 30 days’ notice. This type of fixed-return investment has many benefits, but most importantly it provides investors with safe, consistent growth towards their savings and retirement goals.
